Work Order Information

Please contact the AMHA Customer Service/Work Order Office for all repair requests. Calls will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hours of Operation

• Normal Requests: Monday through Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• After-Hours Emergency Requests: 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. – Weekdays
• 24 Hours – Holidays and Weekends

When placing a maintenance request, please be prepared to offer the following information and to answer the questions below:

• Telephone number

Questions

• Does the AMHA employee responding to your request have permission to enter your dwelling if you are not present?
• Do you have a pet?
• Provide a short description of the problem or service request. (Please be as specific as possible.)
